Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Performance Oversight
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies, business plans, and dealer policies informed by market research.
- Develop and monitor annual and monthly sales targets to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Set performance goals for each dealer and provide ongoing strategic guidance.
- Track KPIs, review performance outcomes, and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Support dealers with customized plans to meet and exceed their sales targets.
2. Dealer Network Development & Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers through continuous engagement, training programs, and performance reviews.
- Assess and enhance dealership operations to improve efficiency and customer focus.
- Drive network growth by identifying and onboarding new dealers based on feasibility assessments.
- Uphold operational standards across the dealer network while steering strategic expansion.
3. Customer Experience & Brand Development
- Oversee dealership activities to ensure a consistently high customer experience.
- Design and implement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Deliver training and support to align dealer practices with company values and market positioning.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to drive ongoing improvements and enhance reputation.
4. Inventory & Order Management
- Create and supervise order planning aligned with sales forecasts to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure smooth inventory flow, balancing cost efficiency with supply stability.
- Oversee ordering, pricing, and delivery coordination to align supply with demand.
- Review and track sales execution against monthly and annual objectives.
5. Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage internal sales operations including delivery processes, pricing structures, payment handling, and dealer documentation.
- Ensure compliance and operational efficiency across the automotive sales division.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, logistics, and production teams to improve processes and outcomes.
- Apply continuous improvement methods to refine sales operations and performance.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role at a manufacturer or dealership management role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals, dealer network management, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of sales metrics (volume, profit margins, inventory turnover).
- Skilled in market analysis, forecasting, and strategy execution.
- Effective communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a deep understanding of both end-user and dealer needs.
- Capable of resolving sales issues, customer complaints, or competitive challenges quickly.
- Demonstrates resilience, responsibility, and ability to deliver under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with practical problem-solving skills.
