Job Description:

Coordinate with stakeholders (internal, external teams & partners) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the aligned initiatives/ activities.
Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple involved internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives, timelines, and resource management
Support team lead in conceptualizing and designing new initiatives to improve buyers/ sellers/riders experience when using SPX service
Manage content, control performance, and follow the sentiment of the rider community across channels
Establish & streamline processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
Collect and analyze necessary data, tracking and monitoring project effectiveness & performance
Research, consolidate information, and analyze market trends/ competitors activities to propose new initiatives

Requirements:

At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in Marketing, Project Management, or other relevant experience(s).
Good analytical skills and eyes for detail, assess risk and opportunity thoroughly and understand cause & effect system.
Good communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, and have strong background in influencing multiple stakeholders.
The target-oriented mindset drives the project performance.
Proactive and portrait strong interest in joining the e-commerce industry.
Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn in a fast-paced industry.
Good command of English with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
