Job Description:
KOL Segmentation & Incentives
- Work closely with KOL-managed teams (KAM, MCN, etc.) to understand KOL insights, pain points, and needs, with a focus on building stronger relationships with key-focused KOL groups.
- Segment KOL and design performance-base incentive schemes to grow and retain high-performing KOLs coordinate execution and track performance.
- Analyze campaign and KOL performance to provide actionable recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and develop operational strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Marketing Communication Plan
- IMC Strategy & Planning: Build integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans for campaigns/always-on activities across digital, social, PR, KOL/creators, CRM, offline, etc.
- Messaging & Content Direction: Define key messages, communication pillars, and content angles provide clear briefs for content, design, video, and social executions.
- Channel & Media Coordination: Recommend channel mix, formats, and timelines coordinate with media/performance teams to ensure efficient reach and conversion.
- Campaign Calendar Management: Own communication timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment ensure readiness across teams before launch.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor performance (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, ROI), consolidate reports, and propose optimizations based on insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, from 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce and/or social media.
- Familiarity with Facebook and other social platforms creator ecosystems.
- Experience working with KOLs, MCNs, or influencer/affiliate marketing.
- Experience in planning marketing communication.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, project management & integrated marketing communication.
- High integrity, good pressure tolerance, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
