The Infrastructure Executive plays a key role in ensuring the company's logistics network operates efficiently by managing site selection, facility readiness, and maintenance activities across Hubs, Sorting Centers, and Warehouses. This role combines project management discipline, stakeholder collaboration, and change management to deliver infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and with optimal cost efficiency.
Job Description
- Data Analytics & Problem Solving
- Analyze operational and infrastructure data (volume, capacity, productivity, cost) to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop simulation or capacity models to support decision-making on network expansion, warehouse layout, and space utilization.
- Prepare data-driven business cases for infrastructure investment and maintenance prioritization.
- Provide insights to optimize hub/warehouse performance and long-term infrastructure planning.
- Logistics Solution Design
- Collaborate with Operations, OPEX, and Planning teams to design optimal layout, process flow, and facility setup for new or existing hubs.
- Translate operational requirements into practical facility design and equipment solutions.
- Evaluate and propose logistics innovations that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance workplace safety.
- Project Management & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from planning, budgeting, execution, to handover.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Ops, HSE, Procurement, Landlord, Vendor) to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage maintenance and renovation projects with structured assessment, vendor evaluation, and implementation tracking.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in Infrastructure, Facility Management, or Logistics Projects.
Core Competencies
- Data Analytics: Strong proficiency in data visualization, Excel/Google Sheets, and tools like Power BI; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving: Logical, structured, and innovative thinker able to diagnose operational challenges and design practical solutions.
- Logistics Solutions: Knowledge of warehouse layout design, capacity planning, and process improvement methodologies.
- Project Management: Strong planning and coordination skills; PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to align and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Change Management: Experience managing transitions or improvements in large-scale operations.
- Language: Good command of English (written and spoken).
