Job Description

Job Description:

Maintain Shopee's Safety Framework and Security Management System, including policies, training, documentation, CCTV operations, and related assessments.
Lead and execute safety and security audits, inspections, and risk assessments-locally and overseas-to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Develop and deliver safety and security content, onboarding materials, training programs, and facilitate focus groups or coaching sessions.
Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to strengthen risk awareness, drive framework implementation, and promote safety and security culture.
Monitor and close corrective and preventive actions, oversee hazard reporting and incident investigations, and ensure timely follow-up.
Manage digitalisation initiatives (design input, User Acceptance Testing, change management) and perform monthly analytics and reporting on safety performance.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience with large corporations or government agencies (preferably in Safety Management, or a related field)
Proficient in Mircosoft Office
Highly motivated and focused individual who is a team player and outcome-oriented
Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment across multiple business verticals
Able to engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across and outside the organisation, which includes authorities, senior management, and ground employees
Excellent communications (verbal, written, presentation), interpersonal skills, planning and organising skills
