Associate PR Manager (Supervisor)

Red Communications is an Integrated Communications & PR agency within Networld Asia Group, with expertise across Corporate Communications, Reputation, Healthcare, Digital, Social and Crisis Communications. We are looking for an Associate PR Manager (Supervisor) who is strong in PR execution and able to take ownership of projects from planning to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take ownership of PR projects from planning and strategy development through execution and reporting, ensuring quality and effectiveness across deliverables.
• Research clients, projects, markets and target audiences to develop relevant PR angles, key messages, media approaches and communication recommendations.
• Develop and execute media relations activities, including media mapping, pitching, follow-up and relationship management with journalists and media partners.
• Write, edit and oversee the quality of PR materials, including press releases, media pitches, talking points, Q&As, interview materials, advertorials and other communications content.
• Work closely with Account and relevant teams to develop and deliver integrated communication campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets and overall execution quality; proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the project.
• Lead or coordinate media engagement, press conferences, events, activations and other PR activities when required.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, prepare PR reports and provide insights and recommendations to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Manage day-to-day project communication with clients and relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, expectations and deliverables.
• Support and guide junior team members in PR planning, media relations, content development and project execution.
• Contribute to new business opportunities, proposals and pitches when required.
• Take on other PR and communications scopes across the team depending on project requirements and individual expertise.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in PR, Communications or a related field, preferably with experience in an agency environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in PR planning, media relations and campaign execution.
• Proven experience working on Real Estate / Property, particularly residential projects, property launches or corporate communications, is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to independently manage PR projects from brief and planning through execution and reporting.
• Good media network and proven experience in media pitching, follow-up and media relationship management.
• Strong writing and editing skills across different PR and communications materials.
• Good understanding of integrated communications and the ability to work effectively with Account and other relevant teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented, with strong ownership of work and deliverables.
• Confident in client communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
