- Support data-driven market and competitor studies to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and disruptors.
- Analyze market size, growth, share, macroeconomic indicators, and regulatory impact.
- Track competitors monthly pricing, products, features, communication, marketing campaigns.
Quantitative Research (Core Focus)
- Prepare the research design, set up, and organize execution of quantitative studies (online surveys, trackers, segmentation).
- Analyze quantitative data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficient in quantitative tools (SPSS preferred) and familiar with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Survey Gizmo/ Alchemer preferred).
Qualitative Research (Supportive)
- Support qualitative research end-to-end: brief intake, proposal drafting, and coordination with external agency.
- Assist in synthesizing themes and qualitative insights.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Support data analysis using analytics tools to generate structured insights.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and external agencies to support insight-driven decisions.
- Learn and adapt research approaches based on evolving business needs.
