The Buyer Delivery Experience Team drives buyer satisfaction by translating insights into improvements across the SPX delivery experience. We analyze performance data and buyer feedback to set standards, identify friction, and implement projects that optimize delivery speed, parcel condition, and communication.
We are seeking an organized, data-driven associate to leverage our buyer delivery data pool. The ideal candidate will enhance the efficiency and reliability of SPX operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Job Description
- Project Management
- Assist in managing a project pipeline, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources to improve the buyer experience with SPX services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (with BI, Operations, etc.) to ensure project activities and outcomes adhere to established business objectives and priorities.
- Support the preparation of necessary materials and reports for the Line Manager to coordinate meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
- Data Analytics & Market Research
- Perform basic data collection and aggregation related to buyer waiting time and network efficiency from available data sources.
- Conduct basic market research on logistics, e-commerce trends, or delivery channel buyer behavior, and summarize findings for the team's learning/reference.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business, or related fields from well-known universities
- 1 year of experience in e-commerce or logistics industry would be a plus
- Foundational analytical skills and the ability to process and summarize data effectively. Experience in PowerBI and query tools is an advantage
- Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities, with experience in facilitating projects with cross-functional teams
- Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
