Job Description

Role Purpose

Support outlet investment performance through data analysis, reporting, and digital tools. Ensure accurate tracking, timely insights, and collaboration to drive profitable decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Performance Insight

  • Monitor outlet sales performance before/after investment.
  • Analyze investment effectiveness (volume uplift, spend per litre, outlet productivity).
  • Identify underperforming investments and opportunity areas using data analytics.
  • Prepare monthly investment performance reports for management.

Investment Execution & Tracking

  • Ensure all investment requests are submitted through digital platforms.
  • Update investment status, contracts, and budget tracking in DMS/SFA/CMS
  • Ensure accuracy of investment data in systems.

Digitalization & System Support

  • Assist BI/IT teams to enhance tools for investment tracking (DMS, SFA, CMS dashboards).
  • Support creation of automated dashboards and test new features before rollout.
  • Train sales teams on basic usage of updated digital tools and support capability building.

Sales Support & Collaboration

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to Sales Supervisors/ASM on outlet investment choices.
  • Support territory planning, outlet segmentation updates, and performance diagnosis.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Digital/IT teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • 23 years experience in FMCG sales analysis, commercial support, trade investment, or BI/reporting.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets, experience with dashboards (Power BI).
  • Familiarity with DMS/SFA/CMS systems a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset with good commercial understanding.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work cross-functionally.
