Job Description:
Channel management & execution
- Plan and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo OA,YouTube).
- Ensure posts are on schedule, aligned with brand direction, and tailored to the right audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages at a basic level to maintain a positive brand image.
- Stay updated with social trends and suggest relevant applications.
Content creation & editing
- Write and edit diverse content: social posts, PR articles, press releases, Q&A, video scripts, communication materials.
- Prepare content for POSM and campaign materials (posters, banners, leaflets, brochures, standees, backdrops).
- Check and ensure all content and visuals comply with brand guidelines.
- Support content creation for social campaigns, advertisements, and partner collaborations.
Social outreach & booking
- Research and propose suitable KOLs/influencers for each campaign.
- Coordination with agencies and work with KOLs, influencers, and community fanpages for bookings.
- Track and measure effectiveness of social outreach activities and prepare reports.
Monitoring & optimization
- Monitor communication metrics.
- Compile periodic reports for each channel/campaign.
- Analyze data and extract insights to optimize content and campaigns.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Communications/PR/Content/Social media.
- Proven experience in both online and offline communications.
- Preferably candidates in eCommerce, Express, E-Logistics and experience in managing social media for brands or communities.
Professional Skills
- Strong writing and editing skills (social content, PR, press releases, scripts).
- Good knowledge of social media, digital platforms, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiar with analytics tools (Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of photo and video editing software is a plus.
