Social Content Executive

1.Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Development

-Conceptualize, create and deliver day-to-day content (copies, photos, long & short form videos) across social media channels.

-Prepare scripts for social videos and take part in video shooting.

-Collaborate with Creative Department to brief for social media visuals.

-Work with Social Outreach Management to generate directions for KOLs/KOCs social content.

Content Planning & Management

- Generate content framework and calendar according to the campaign timeline and objectives.

- Propose compelling ideas for social content series, focus on Tiktok, Threads and other emerging platforms.

-Strategize with the team on trends, best practices, and ways to constantly improve content quality.

-Incorporate performance learnings and insights on a regular basis to understand effectiveness of various content and make content changes as needed.

2.Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or related field.

-1+ years of experience in marketing social content for agency or inhouse.

-Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram; prior experience in Tiktok, Threads and other emerging platforms.

-Deeply social media savvy and have a strong understanding of how to create digital content. within the parameters of social media platforms.

-Strong portfolio of creative content for social media.

-Excellent skills in copywriting, content editing and video producing.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to manage own projects and work independently.

-Positive attitude and strong cross functional collaboration skills.
