JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Manager/Associate Director (Influence & Advocacy) will lead the development of integrated influence and advocacy strategies that build cultural relevance, protect reputations, and foster advocacy for our clients. This role demands a sharp strategic mind, a deep understanding of influence ecosystems, and the ability to translate insights into behavior-changing strategies that deliver tangible impact.
Through creative storytelling informed by data and fueled by technology, this position will take the lead in helping brands earn attention and influence across multiple dimensions. From corporate reputation management to influencer-led campaigns, advocacy platforms, and media capabilities, this leader will ensure our client brands stay at the center of cultural conversation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Harness data & analytics: Leverage primary research, data platforms, social listening, and performance dashboards to uncover audience insights, guide strategic decisions, and demonstrate clear ROI for influence and advocacy initiatives.
- Stay ahead of culture & trends: Continuously track industry shifts, cultural trends, and platform innovations to ensure strategies remain relevant, timely, and future-forward.
- Lead Influence & Advocacy strategy: Develop and drive integrated strategies that build cultural relevance, strengthen reputations, and create meaningful advocacy aligned with client objectives.
- Shape the content narratives: Guide influence and advocacy storytelling to ensure messaging is authentic, brand-aligned, and culturally resonant
- Collaborate & innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, PR, influencer, media) to deliver integrated solutions, while exploring new opportunities to evolve influence and advocacy practices.
- Analyze & optimize impact: Monitor KPIs, interpret campaign performance data, and translate insights into actionable strategies that maximize influence effectiveness and deliver measurable business results.
- Business consultation and relationship building: Build trusted client relationships by offering strategic counsel, delivering clear updates, and presenting thought-provoking reports that demonstrate value and foresight.
REQUIREMENTS:
Key Experience:
- Education: Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in social & digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful influencer strategies
- Deep interest and understanding of influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in data analytics, including KPI definition and campaign performance evaluation.
