Incident Management: Act as the primary contact for departments regarding system bugs, data discrepancies, and process-related issues across all communication channels.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with BA and Dev teams to analyze root causes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
System Operations: Receive and handle technical/infrastructure reports from the Shop Operations Support Center; coordinate with external partners for data reconciliation.
Process Implementation: Adopt and deploy corporate-level processes from the Group to FPT Retail (FRT).
Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress of BA tasks and provide early warnings regarding potential risks or critical system failures.
Process Optimization: Proactively propose improvements for existing system workflows to enhance efficiency; partner with the QA Process Optimization Department for execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: College Degree or higher in related fields (Information Systems, Business Administration, etc.).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office & Office 365; Direct experience with Jira and Confluence is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving abilities.
