The Role in a Nutshell
Join a high-performing QA team focused on quality engineering, test automation, and CI/CD best practices. You'll ensure reliable product delivery by driving quality across the entire SDLC.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive quality across the SDLC for successful product delivery
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Perform testing across levels: Integration, System, Functional, Exploratory, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity
- Create and maintain test plans, strategies, and test suites
- Track defects, report QA metrics, and proactively highlight risks/blockers
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, bug triage, and release activities
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards
- Work closely with clients to ensure quality implementations
- Mentor team members and drive QA best practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure quality standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and QA capability building
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and Agile understanding
- Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing with Java
- Mobile testing expertise (Android & iOS) with Appium
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, LambdaTest)
- Familiarity with Git and defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Understanding of non-functional testing (cross-browser, accessibility, etc.)
