The Role

  • Follow and ensure the application of H&B Excellence Model.
  • Be responsible for operations tasks for specific client portfolio assigned by Operations Lead.
  • Fullfill sanction check and screening to comply with compliance guideline.
  • Support on client enquiries and follow up with approriate stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and ensure the enrollment process with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Follow and ensure policy records as per Retention Policy from the Group;
  • Collaborate closely with Brokers to support ad-hoc requests by various stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in different projects assigned by Operations Lead.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • University degree
  • English fluency with strong Reading & Writing skills
  • Good skills using MS Office and other computer programs
  • Logical thinking, proactive and autonomous
  • Good communication, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Insurance-related experience is an
