Role Description Amazing Educators at ISP Vietnam & Thailand play a key role in creating engaging, learner-centered classroom experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking. In this full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi, educators plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning pathways.

The role involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum design, enrichment activities, and cross-curricular projects, while maintaining clear communication with students, families, and school leadership.

Educators participate in professional development, contribute to school initiatives, and support international and co-curricular programs that broaden students global perspectives. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment and modelling ISP's values of continuous learning and collaboration.

Relevant teaching qualification and a bachelor's degree (Education or related field), with experience in international or bilingual schools preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum planning, lesson design, and student assessment aligned with contemporary educational best practices.
• Strong classroom management, differentiation, and inclusive teaching skills to support diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills and cross-cultural competency are highly beneficial in an international school environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth, openness to feedback, and readiness to engage in ISP's continuous improvement and development programs.
• Comfort with educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching, learning, and school-home communication.
• Ability to contribute to co-curricular and pastoral programs, supporting students holistic development and wellbeing.
