Job Description:

Responsible for query-related recommendation scenarios in e-commerce search, including dropdown recommendations, inline recommendations, trend recommendations, and interactive category navigation queries, continuously enhancing the user's guided shopping experience.
Develop and optimize recall algorithms, ranking algorithms, and traffic control algorithms for query recommendation scenarios build query generation and rewriting algorithms based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
Support the development of guided conversational systems powered by LLMs improve users efficiency in discovering and understanding new categories through technologies like LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Requirements:

Final-year or Penultimate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or any related fields
Master degree or above in computer science, computational linguistics and other related majors
Be familiar with at least one of the following programming languages, C++/golang/Python, and have good knowledge of data structure and algorithms
Have excellent coding skills, hands-on online code development experience, and proficiency in at least one language among C++/Golang/Python/Java
Applicants good at data analysis using Spark SQL/Scala are preferred
Sensitive to data and business, passionate about technical challenges, and have excellent critical thinking skills
Good communication and collaboration skills, able to explore new technologies with the team and promote technological progress
Full-time interns preferred (6 months)
Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
