AI Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the architecture design and core algorithm development of the personalized recommendation system for the healthcare content platform.
• Build intelligent diagnostic and therapeutic content recommendation and knowledge association modules for AI-assisted tools for doctors.
• Design and implement multi-objective recommendation algorithms (content quality, relevance, diversity, timeliness) tailored to medical scenarios.
• Analyze user (doctors, patients) behavioral data to construct accurate user profiles and interest models.
• Establish a multi-dimensional content understanding system for medical content (articles, cases, drugs, guidelines, etc.).

Qualifications

• Masterʼs degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in recommendation algorithms.
• Proficient in machine learning/deep learning theories, with practical experience in large-scale recommendation systems.
• Skilled in Python and proficient in using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Familiar with common recommendation algorithms (collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, deep learning recommendation models, etc.).
• Familiar with natural language processing techniques, with experience in text representation and content understanding.
• Familiar with big data processing tools such as Spark/Hadoop and experienced in handling massive data.
• Experience in recommendation systems within healthcare, education, content platforms, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical ontologies and medical knowledge graphs, with relevant application experience, is preferred.
