Lead the AI engineering team in researching, developing, and deploying AI solutions, with a focus on Computer Vision applications in manufacturing and industrial automation. The role involves developing AI products from research to real-world implementation, providing technical direction, and enhancing the capabilities of the AI team.

Development Direction: The AI team will take primary responsibility for all AI-related activities within cowaGroup, including research, solution development, deployment, and optimization of real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Research, train, and optimize Computer Vision models, including Object Detection, Tracking, Pose Estimation, and Action Recognition.
Develop AI applications using IP camera data for safety monitoring, object counting, operation monitoring, and production process monitoring.
Design, develop, and optimize Real-time Video Processing systems, Multi-camera Monitoring systems, and AI Inference Pipelines.
Deploy, test, and optimize AI models on Edge devices in factory environments.
Optimize model performance and inference speed on deployment devices.
Collaborate with the Manager to define technical solutions, evaluate feasibility, and develop new AI products.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical support, and share knowledge with AI team members.
Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience & Technical Skills

At least 3 years of experience in AI/Machine Learning development, including 2 years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision.
Proficiency in C++ and Git.
Experience with Python, PyTorch, and OpenCV; hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning object detection models (YOLO or similar).
Experience in video data processing, object/human tracking, working with IP cameras, and developing real-time AI processing systems is an advantage.
Strong solution design thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to select appropriate technologies based on practical requirements.
Ability to lead a technical team, conduct code reviews, mentor, and support team members.
Proactive in researching new technologies, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying AI models on NVIDIA Jetson or other Edge devices, with knowledge of TensorRT/ONNX.
Experience in Pose Estimation or Action Recognition.
Understanding of factory and manufacturing environments.

Gross monthly salary: 25–30 million VND + Performance-based bonuses.
Business performance bonuses twice a year.
Actual annual bonuses equivalent to 3–4 months salary, depending on individual performance evaluation results.

Work Location

TTH Building, Hoai Duc, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Working Hours

Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
Monday to Friday, with automatic remote work arrangements for two Saturdays per month.
