Job Description

As a Guru You Will Be Accountable For

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products or services and persuading them to make a purchase.
  • Managing the sales pipeline effectively by tracking and prioritizing leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, and inform sales strategies and approaches.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Prior experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in a related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements, and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using technology and sales tools, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications, to manage sales activities, track performance, and generate reports.
