Our Business Information Services (BI) division specializes in private company analysis through comprehensive reports (Company Reports), advanced data platforms (FiinConnex, FiinGate), and in-depth analytical services. We empower global financial institutions, credit insurers, and corporations to manage credit risks and navigate the Vietnamese market with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct telesales and proactive cold calling to introduce FiinGroup's Company Reports and the FiinGate data platform to potential clients.
- Prospecting: Research, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline (leads) through online channels, events, networking, and provided databases.
- Performance Targets: Take ownership of KPIs regarding call volume, new lead generation, conversion rates, and sales targets.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with the Sales team to hand over high-quality leads and assist in closing deals when necessary.
- CRM Management: Update and manage client data on the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and comprehensive.
- Client Engagement: Participate in customer care activities to re-activate former clients or nurture dormant accounts.
- General Support: Execute other tasks as assigned to support the overall growth of the business unit.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills; ability to handle objections professionally with a positive attitude.
- Mindset: Customer-centric mindset with a professional demeanor and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems and data management is a strong plus.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Finance, Banking, Insurance, or B2B software solutions.
- Attributes: Proactive, persistent, and resilient under KPI pressure with a clear career orientation in B2B Sales.
