Job Description

Working Location: Hanoi/Kyrgyzstan/Gibraltar

Client Acquisition and Management

  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on properties that meet their requirements.

Sales Process Management

  • Good understanding of products.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction. o Prepare and execute contracts and related documentation.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Analyze client needs and market opportunities to recommend suitable properties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and promotional campaigns.

Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Track sales progress and report on key metrics regularly.

Compliance and Record-Keeping

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and inquiries in the CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of proven sales experience in real estate or a similar industry.

Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to train local agents
  • Ability to build and develop an agent network
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Languages: Good at English.
