Client Acquisition and Management
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide expert advice to clients on properties that meet their requirements.
Sales Process Management
- Good understanding of products.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction. o Prepare and execute contracts and related documentation.
Market Research and Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze client needs and market opportunities to recommend suitable properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and promotional campaigns.
Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Track sales progress and report on key metrics regularly.
Compliance and Record-Keeping
- Ensure adherence to company policies and real estate regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and inquiries in the CRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven sales experience in real estate or a similar industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to train local agents
- Ability to build and develop an agent network
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
