Accountant Receivable - Finance, Shopee

• Invoicing: manage and perform invoice-related activities, including invoice issuance, adjustments, cancellations, and invoice reconciliation.
• Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of high-volume financial transactions across multiple systems, platforms, and data sources.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including missing transactions, duplicated records, timing differences, and incorrect accounting treatments.
• Analyze large datasets to identify abnormal transactions and potential financial risks.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain supporting documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
• Monitor outstanding reconciling items and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Work with other departments to follow up collection manage aging receivables and other customer requests.
• Other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time

. Bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting, with a background in retail or e-commerce are big plus.

. Proactive, careful, hard-working and highly responsible.

. Good communication skills, with basic English.

. 1-2 year experience in Accounting.

. Preferably Big4 working experience, or Retail industry.

. Understand about IFRS.
