Location: Mapletree Business Centre, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to VND 28,000,000/month

About the role

The Account Operations Specialist will support B2B operations, corporate account reconciliation, partner support, and process improvement initiatives. The role requires strong operational accuracy, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage voucher creation, distribution, redemption tracking, and inventory.
Monitor and reconcile corporate deposit and postpaid accounts, including outstanding balances.
Support KYB verification, client onboarding, and credit line setup.
Provide operational and technical support to corporate clients and reseller partners.
Resolve voucher redemption and API-related issues within agreed SLAs.
Prepare redemption reports and support partner training.
Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Experience teams on operational improvements.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in B2B Client Support, Fintech Operations, SaaS Account Management, Loyalty Program Operations, or related roles.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
SQL or Tableau knowledge is a plus.
