About the job

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager for the BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients in banking, securities, finance, and insurance, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. The role requires strong knowledge of IT, cloud, and security solutions, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with clients in the banking, securities, finance, and insurance industries.

- Consult and provide in-depth explanations to clients regarding company services, including:

  • Server and Hosting Services: Dedicated server, shared hosting, rack cabinet.
  • Fixed-line and Hotline Services: Fixed IP phone, Hotline 1800/1900.
  • Cloud Services: Public Cloud (S3 storage, BaaS, DRaaS, Cloud Camera, CDN), Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, and cloud solutions from partners (VMware, OpenStack, AWS, Alibaba, Microsoft).
  • Internet Services: Connectivity (Internet Leased Line, MPLS, IPLC, IEPL), Voice, SMS & Collaboration (VoIP, Hotline, Messaging Services, OnCall, PBX, OnMeeting, Vidyo, Cloud CX).
  • Other Services: Networking, cybersecurity solutions, information security.

- Negotiate, persuade, and convince clients to adopt services and close contracts.

- Coordinate with internal departments to monitor and support service implementation after contract signing.

  • Ensure smooth service delivery and provide after-sales customer care, while continuously expanding and strengthening client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

- Minimum of 23 years of experience working in System Integrator (SI) or Internet Service Provider (ISP) companies.

- Proven experience in implementing or selling IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or networking infrastructure solutions to BFSI clients or large enterprises.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to proactively build and expand client relationships.
