BA3 is an AI Commerce platform built for Southeast Asia, helping brands connect fragmented commerce signals across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other sources and turn them into faster, more actionable business decisions.

We're looking for a Client Service Manager who can do more than manage accounts.

We want someone who understands digital and e-commerce, is comfortable working directly with brands, and wants to help build and grow a business, not simply service existing clients.

What you'll do

• Own and grow relationships with BA3 clients.
• Understand their business objectives, e-commerce performance and key challenges.
• Turn data and insights into clear recommendations and next actions.
• Lead onboarding, client meetings, presentations, business reviews and follow-ups.
• Work closely with our Product & Data teams to translate client needs into better solutions.
• Identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, account expansion and new business.
• Support pitches, product demos and commercial conversations.
• Help build BA3's client service processes and playbooks as we scale.

What we're looking for

• Around 3–6 years of experience in Client Service, Account Management, Digital Marketing, E-commerce or related roles.
• Strong experience working directly with clients or brands.
• Hands-on e-commerce experience is required.
• Practical experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or similar marketplaces.
• Experience in areas such as marketplace campaigns, e-commerce media, promotions, store operations, social commerce, affiliate/KOL, livestream or performance marketing.
• Comfortable working with metrics such as GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, sales and campaign performance.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial mindset — you naturally look for ways to grow the account and the business.

Digital backgrounds are welcome

You don't need to come from a pure E-commerce Manager role.

If you have a strong Digital / Account / Client Service background and have genuinely worked hands-on with e-commerce, we'd love to hear from you.

BA3 is still early, so not every process is already defined.

Someone who wants to help build BA3 with us — not just manage accounts.

BA3 currently works around commerce use cases for brands and teams operating across multiple marketplaces, with Vietnam as the current market focus and Southeast Asia as the broader expansion direction.
