Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager at CMC Telecom in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing B2B client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, developing new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage enterprise client accounts
Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals for telecom and IT services
Conduct market research, build a customer database, and analyze competitor insights
Coordinate service deployment and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare reports and develop work plans
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Work Location
Office 1: CMC Creative Space, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
Office 2: GB Building, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
Prior B2B sales experience in IT/Telecom preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
