Maintain and strengthen relationships with the companys existing customer base;
Provide product and service consultation and finalize quotations based on customer requirements;
Monitor project operation progress and support in handling risks/issues with relevant stakeholders;
Periodically measure customer satisfaction and collect feedback;
Develop plans to expand the customer network utilizing the companys IT services;
Prepare consultation plans for customers regarding the companys products and services;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Japanese, or a related field
Having studied or worked in Japan is an advantage.
No prior experience required; however, preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience in the offshore/IT field and cloud-service products, or at least 2 years of experience as a PM/BrSE for the Japanese market.
Candidates without experience but with a strong desire to learn and work in IT Sales are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills, ability to prepare documents, and handle client interactions tactfully.
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2, with smooth communication skills.
