Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the companys existing customer base;
  • Provide product and service consultation and finalize quotations based on customer requirements;
  • Monitor project operation progress and support in handling risks/issues with relevant stakeholders;
  • Periodically measure customer satisfaction and collect feedback;
  • Develop plans to expand the customer network utilizing the companys IT services;
  • Prepare consultation plans for customers regarding the companys products and services;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Japanese, or a related field
  • Having studied or worked in Japan is an advantage.
  • No prior experience required; however, preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience in the offshore/IT field and cloud-service products, or at least 2 years of experience as a PM/BrSE for the Japanese market.
  • Candidates without experience but with a strong desire to learn and work in IT Sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to prepare documents, and handle client interactions tactfully.
  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2, with smooth communication skills.
