New Business Development (70%)
- Proactively identify and target new SME customers to expand the company&aposs client base.
- Generate qualified sales leads and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their specific needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Sales Performance Management (20%)
- Monitor and manage sales activities to optimize performance and enhance company profitability.
- Strictly follow all sales processes and company regulations.
- Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
Cross-functional collaboration (10%)
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Customer Service and Operations, to ensure the timely delivery of solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales within logistics/shipping/forwarding.
- Proven hunter profile with ability to acquire new customers quickly.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
- Basic communication in English
