Job Description

New Business Development (70%)

  • Proactively identify and target new SME customers to expand the company&aposs client base.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their specific needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Sales Performance Management (20%)

  • Monitor and manage sales activities to optimize performance and enhance company profitability.
  • Strictly follow all sales processes and company regulations.
  • Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.

Cross-functional collaboration (10%)

Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Customer Service and Operations, to ensure the timely delivery of solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales within logistics/shipping/forwarding.
  • Proven hunter profile with ability to acquire new customers quickly.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
  • Basic communication in English
