Wellbeing Coordinator - Ha Noi (Event Coordinator)

• Location: Floor 8, MIPEC Tower, 229 Tay Son, Kim Lien Ward (Khuong Thuong Ward, Dong Da District), Ha Noi
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (OT: 200% of salary; 1-2 Saturday/month on a rotating basis)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Telemedicine services, including appointment scheduling, doctor allocation, and customer support throughout the consultation journey. 
• Coordinate Medical Concierge services, including hospital appointment booking, follow-up, and administrative support for clients.
• Liaise with clients, healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to ensure smooth service delivery and positive customer experience.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution in accordance with agreed service standards and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records and update service information in the system.
• Support data collection, reporting, and service performance tracking.
• Assist in the planning and execution of wellbeing activities, workshops, and health campaigns.
• Provide onsite coordination support for health screening and wellbeing programs when required.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Other duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
• Good communication skill in both Vietnamese & English
• Able to work under pressure.
• Presentation skills and be able to give professional advice.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• It will be an advantage if you have: Medical background is preferred
