Job Description

We are hiring a Wellbeing Account Manager for one of our clients. Details mentioned below :

Job overview and responsibility

- Contacting potential partner/clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to promote the wellbeing service

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, partnership

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

- Developing proposals for clients/partners

- Coordinating with partners Medical Providers to prepare the quotation, proposal to clients

- Being the Project Leader for the assigned accounts and coordinate with other departments to ensure the clients requirements is reached

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met

- Consolidating sale activities reports and forwarding to Head of Department for critical analysis prior to reporting to headquarter

- Other tasks assigned by the Company.

Required skills and experiences

- Bachelors Degree

- Fluent in English

- Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.

- At least 2 years of experience in corporate account management in Corporate Healthcare, Medical Benefit, Insurance, Customer Services

- Able to work under pressure.

- Presentation skills and be able to give professional advice.

- Communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Preferred skills and experiences

- Medical background is preferred
