Web Application QC

Working time: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing for web applications and internal systems to ensure product quality, functionality, and stability.
• Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to understand product expectations and testing scope.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for new features and system enhancements.
• Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using issue tracking tools.
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Validate web applications across different browsers, devices, operating systems, and screen resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release activities in an Agile environment.
• Monitor and verify fixes, ensuring issues are properly resolved before deployment.
• Support release validation and post-deployment verification activities.
• Provide quality feedback and suggest improvements to enhance product performance and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal QA processes and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Web Application Testing or Software Quality Control.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, testing lifecycle, and QA principles.
• Experience creating test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation.
• Familiarity with defect management and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Understanding of browser developer tools and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience testing responsive websites and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
