WE ARE HIRING: FUND ACCOUNTANT

WSC Accounting LLC is looking for a Fund Accountant / Finance Operations Specialist with a solid background in Fund Operations

Location: Sala Urban Area, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC (On-site)

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Primary Focus: Fund Accounting)

Assist with quarterly closes, data reconciliations, and portfolio valuation updates for investment funds.

Track, follow up on, and collect financial reports from portfolio companies.

Coordinate the preparation of audit files, tax filings, and periodic fund reports.

Work directly with specialized international fund management software and platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Investment, or related fields.

Prior experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Operations at Fund Management firms, Custodian Banks, or Fund Service Providers.

Good command of English (especially Reading; Writing) to handle financial documentation and operate international software interfaces.

High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and analytical mindset.
