Ensure all operators comply with company policies and safety standards.
Directly manage operators to perform daily tasks and meet customer-aligned KPIs.
Oversee safe and timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
Work with Warehouse Manager to achieve and maintain daily productivity and KPI targets.
Manage warehouse workforce, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.
Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in conducting performance appraisals.
Conduct monthly physical inventory counts to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out), stock control, labeling, and no expired items in warehouse.
Comply with work schedules, company rules, and workplace regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Department Manager.
Report unsafe conditions/acts and investigate near misses and safety incidents.
Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in the warehouse and train staff on safety and quality.
- Job Requirement:
Education & Experience: University degree or higher in relevant fields.
13 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
