We are expanding our technical team in Vietnam and seeking passionate Service Engineers specializing in CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and VMM(Vision Measuring Systems)! Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields;
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, or repair of precision measuring equipment (CMM/Optical/Vision systems preferred);
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam for on-site service support;
- Strong customer communication skills and ability to troubleshoot efficiently;
- Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, calibration, training, and maintenance for CMM and vision measuring products;
- Provide timely on-site or remote technical support and troubleshooting;
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product teams for continuous improvement;
- Build positive long-term customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
