Position Description

As the Cloud Administrator, you will work closely with the DevOps team to manage the companys cloud and infrastructure in delivering high-quality and proactive cloud services. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy R&D, cloud technology, and be challenged and grow in the field of AI-First software / product development. Along the way this role will contribute to game-changing products for the multi-trillion-dollar industry.

Responsibilities and Performance Objectives

• Implement and manage various policies on cloud platforms (Setting up IAM, SSO, Logging, Watching Activity on Cloud, etc...)
• Perform Unix-based OS administration.
• Implement security on cloud and Linux, including: user permission, SSO, file/folder permission, etc..
• Provide technical support for services on cloud (such as EC2, Sagemaker etc...).
• Support to optimize cloud resource utilization and cost efficiency by providing reports and recommendations on cloud spending.
• Support for IAM management requests on cloud.
• Ensures adherence to corporate policies and IT compliance.
• Capable of creating and modifying python script/ bash script.
• Conduct and maintain inventories of cloud resources.
• Analyze, identify, and implement enhancement, upgrade solutions to improve security/user experience on cloud.
• Create processes and policies to help users using the cloud achieve their goals.
• Monitor system health and its resources to all work together seamlessly.
• (Plus) Perform routine and scheduled audit of systems on cloud.
• (Plus) Implement secure network systems on the cloud.
• (Plus) Pen-test for security risk for company&aposs application on cloud.

Skills and Experience Required

• Prefer Computer-related bachelors degree.
• +1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Have a good understanding of cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc...).
• Having Security or Cloud certificates is a plus.
• Customer service mindset to listen and interpret requests.
• Ability to troubleshoot requests and resolve them in time.
• Ability to respond to emergencies.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Can track and complete multi on-going tasks in a timely manner.
• Can work in solitude.
• Ability to self-improve and keep track of the latest technology.
