Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Work Orders management

Make work order review to production, review raw material and consumables issuing.

• Physical count and deliver materials per work order to production.

• Checking inventory weekly from actual vs system and make report.

• Work with production to expedite work orders and ensuring that jobs are on schedule.

• Follow shipping plan schedule with Planning, Production and IE to proceed on time.

• Provide materials rolling forecast to shorten the lead time of raw material.

2.Consumbale inventory control

Work with Production to get monthly usage and make calculation for control inventory and new order request.

• Handle all transaction of Warehouse about GR/GI/update, adjust data in system as supervisor instruction.

• Forward the questions in term of quality, quantity to correct person internally.

• Ensure all the transaction from Purchase/Production are responded within 24 hours.

• Send the open orders to customers to cross check weekly.

• Report supervisor if any delay or risk or any issues

3.On Time Delivery control

• Coordinate with cross function to make sure on time delivery as plan.

• Documents record saves as hard copy and soft copy.

• Ensure 100% goods pass gate with full documents and approval.

• Follow stricly Safety and 5S

4.Warehouse Operation and Inventory Management

• Good Receive materials into SAP/DMS system.

• Calculate and good Issue materials per WO and Cost center on-time.

• Weekly inventory report vs physical count from WH team.

• Priority to utilize rework, re-class material to reduce inventory value

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, major in Supply chain/Industrial management is preferred.

• 2+ year of working experience in Warehouse in a manufacturing setting.

• Customer focus.

• Planning and Warehouse knowledge

• Good communication & negotiation• Self-motivated & teamwork

• Good Excel skills

• Knowledge of system ERP is a plus.

• Good English communication skill
