A leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company with nationwide operations and a strong focus on retail and distribution excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations for dry goods, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimisation.
- Manage multiple distribution centres and DC managers across regions.
- Design, review, and continuously improve warehouse layouts to maximise capacity and throughput.
- Implement and maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational discipline.
- Drive process improvement, automation initiatives, and warehouse technology adoption (WMS, scanning, sorting).
- Develop, coach, and motivate warehouse teams to build a performance-driven culture.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and retail operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Track KPIs and deliver continuous improvement (OTIF, accuracy, productivity, safety metrics).
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all operational and people matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in warehouse, DC, or logistics operations.
- At least 35 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in retail supply chain; convenience store or FMCG distribution experience preferred.
- Proven track record in multi-site warehouse management and leading DC managers.
- Knowledge of warehouse layout design, process improvement, safety standards, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) and lean/Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Based in or willing to relocate to the North or South of Vietnam.
