Role Summary
The Country Head will be responsible developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organization vision & goals, leading to sustainable and profitable growth for the groups FMCG business.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the groups business vision, aligning with company objectives.
- Formulate and execute robust strategies to propel business growth, enhance market presence, brand positioning, market share and sustainable & profitable growth.
- Lead, build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneur mind set.
- Manage the country Budget P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction without sacrificing profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years or more successful track record in building and managing FMCG business in Vietnam
- Deep working experience in tissue, wipes and personal care products preferred
- Possess good network of business contacts, distributors and associates
- Possess good agile business acumen with strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing eCommerce sales is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, engagement and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under high pressure, fast-pace, multi-tasking environment and result oriented.
- Good degree in and any discipline from a Reputable University.
