A global market leader in the dairy industry is on an exciting transformation journey and we are looking for an exceptional Marketing Director to drive growth and brand leadership for Vietnam market from their Ho Chi Minh City office.

Responsibilities

This is not a role for someone who just executes playbooks - we are seeking a true brand leader who can craft compelling and simple strategies to rejuvenate leading consumer brands across mature and developing categories, then guide the full commercial team to translate those strategies into coherent and consistent plans in a highly competitive environment.

You will hold full P&L responsibility, influencing everything from pricing to COGS, and leading innovation, renovation, and packaging to meet evolving consumer needs. This means being analytically strong, data-led, commercially intense, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to work alongside your team to rebuild from the ground up when necessary.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with proven experience already at Marketing Director level or beyond within FMCG, with at least 15 years of progressive commercial experience across SEA markets. You will be a transformational brand builder, a challenger with grit and resilience, and a growth chaser who connects well beyond the marketing discipline to drive full commercial plans.

The potential here is huge: for the right person, this is a chance to step up into a Country Managing Director role in Asia within 2-3 years.
