Shoefabrik Manufacturing Vietnam (SFM) is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and play a critical role in supporting our growing footwear manufacturing business.

This position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, seamless material flow to production, and compliance with company procedures and customs requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Manager, you will:

• Lead all inbound receiving operations, including delivery scheduling, unloading coordination, document verification, and discrepancy resolution.

• Manage warehouse layout, storage optimization, and implement best practices including 5S, FIFO, zoning, and material traceability.

• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Quality, Planning, Production, and Finance to ensure smooth material flow and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure incoming materials are inspected and released by Quality before entering production stock.

• Maintain accurate inventory records across physical stock and ERP systems (Odoo), including cycle counts and stock audits.

• Plan and control timely material issuance to production while managing material returns and reconciliation.

• Oversee Finished Goods (FG) inventory, outbound shipments, and delivery documentation.

• Manage inventory movements involving external processing partners and subcontractors.

• Ensure all warehouse transactions are fully documented to support financial audits and customs compliance.

• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–7 years of warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing environment.

• At least 2 years of experience leading warehouse teams in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Experience in the footwear, apparel, manufacturing, or industrial sector is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material management.

• Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (Odoo is highly preferred).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, inventory tracking, dashboards).

• Good understanding of 5S, FIFO, warehouse zoning, cycle counting, and stock accuracy.

• Strong planning, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Working English (reading and writing) is required; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
