Warehouse/Logistics System Operation Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and provide support for Warehouse/Logistics operation systems.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Participate in technology system development projects related to warehouse management and operations.
• Monitor management KPIs related to system usage and operational activities performed by warehouse personnel.
• Report system operation status and project progress to management.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Preferred: Experience working with professional Supply Chain Management systems.
• Preferred: Experience participating in projects involving Logistics & Supply Chain solutions, warehouse operations, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL-based data management tools, Python for data processing, and Java is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), WMS, and TMS is a strong advantage.
• Language: Basic English proficiency; Chinese proficiency is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office applications.
