Customer Sales Business Excellence Staff

Job Title: PCS Staff

Working place: LEC Tay Ho Hanoi Lotte Mall. Office Building. Tay Ho Hanoi

Responsibilities:

Sell high-end LIXILs products such as S-series INAX and GROHE-SPA/ GROHEs products to individual customers.

Hunting and expanding relationship with A&D Clients and Premium Customers.

Increase PPL for PCS sale.

Job Description: PCS Staff.

This Role Is Responsible For The Works Of An Organization That Operates At The Center Of The Premium Customer Strategy. The Expectations Of This Role Are To Understand The Broad Directions And Objectives (business Vision & Objectives), And To Implement Them. Practical Daily Jobs Are Described As Follows:

  • Sell high-end INAXs products and GROHE-SPAs products to individual customers through distributors. Effort to bring LIXIL products into the most of the Premium houses with SPA products from LIXIL.
  • Ensuring the highest standards in all aspects of customer service. Especially PCS work. A positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data and follow-up.
  • . Searching and approaching to Hi- End houses, increase the PPL of LIXIL High Grade (SPA) sale with PCS system.
  • Build up relationships with Investors, A&D, design companies, construction partners, procurement companies etc.
  • Able to view and understand designers and/or architects drawing when/if needed to advise and recommend appropriate products to use for potential customers. Support potential customers and customers for any questions and/or concerns in regard to products recommended or sold to them (before & after purchases)
  • Work with Related sources and Distributor to archive Division target.
  • Prepare to go outside and visit potential customers and/or customers premises to support on our products when/if necessary.
  • Expanding LIXIL brand and SPA Products to public
  • Product presentation for investors & designers. Daily checking and updating the status of Tasks process.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager. Job requirements:
  • Positive thinking, team work experience.
  • Good communication skill
  • Good at negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Able to communicate, gathering and deliver information to individual and group, as demonstrated in experiences working with high-end customer...
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence demonstrated by the experience of speaking to groups.
  • English: Fluency in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening
  • Bachelor degree of Architecture University / Construction University/ Civil Construction University is priority
  • Able to design, read CAD or 3D drawing skill
  • At least 2-year working experience in Luxury Sales or Interior Designing is priority and preferred.
