You will be required to follow the public holiday schedule of Thailand. Depending on project needs, you may occasionally be required to work onsite at NSC client locations, including short-term business trips abroad lasting approximately 2–4 weeks when required by the project.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who has focused on managing software projects across the full SDLC, understands what truly drives a project, builds and tracks timelines, and unblocks the team so delivery keeps moving. You will work closely with international clients in industries such as banking & finance, logistics, and supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Build the project plan across the SDLC: WBS, estimation, milestones, critical path, and resource plan.
- Track progress daily against the baseline, detect slippage early, and drive recovery actions.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers for the team (unclear requirements, cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, environment issues); make decisions within your authority and escalate with options when needed.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, including impact analysis on effort, timeline, and cost.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, BA, and Tech Leads.
- Apply and improve PMO processes: project governance, required artifacts for each phase, and portfolio reporting.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and management on progress, risks, and decisions needed.
- Understand the client's business goals to prioritize the right scope, and act as the main point of contact: manage expectations, respond promptly, handle concerns, and keep clients satisfied.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated Project Manager role on software development projects following the SDLC.
- Active PMP certification.
- Solid understanding of every SDLC phase (requirements, design, build, test, deployment, maintenance), with hands-on experience in both Waterfall and Agile.
- Proven ability to build and track project timelines using MS Project, Jira, Excel, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with concrete examples of unblocking teams and bringing projects back on track.
- PMO experience: process standardization, project governance, and portfolio reporting.
- Good business understanding; able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with experience serving B2B or B2C clients.
- Fluent English communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 6.5+.
- Willing to work onsite or travel (domestic or international) when required by the project, including short-term business trips lasting approximately 2–4 weeks.
- Willing to follow Thailand's public holiday schedule.
Nice to have
- Domain experience in retail / wholesale, logistics, supply chain, or banking & finance.
- Additional certifications such as PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, or PgMP.
- Hands-on experience with pre-sales, proposal preparation, and effort estimation.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve project management efficiency.
- Competitive salary up to 2600 - 2900 USD/month (negotiable)
- Remote work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and comfort.
- Chance to enhance English language skills through interaction with native speakers.
- Attractive Benefits.
- Opportunities to travel abroad to Western countries (Australia, Europe, US)
- Opportunity to work within a professional and multicultural environment.
- Opportunities to become a global business leader in the software industry
- Career development with trainings and guidance from founders of the company
- Global Environment, Collaborating with Top Tech companies worldwide
