Valuation Senior - Project

Job Summary:

• Carry out assignments from the Team Leader regarding on-site property inspections, market research, and data collection, particularly within the commercial real estate sector.
• Research and analyze real estate transactions, rental rates, occupancy levels, and other market indicators.
• Prepare valuation reports in compliance with professional standards and current legal regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to gather property-related information.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• University degree in Valuation, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market; experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
• Strong analytical and calculation skills; meticulous and detail-oriented.
• CFA, FMVA, or other professional certifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English (especially writing and communication skills).
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working both independently and effectively within a team.
