About the Role/position

In this role, you will be an UIPath Developer of the team. You are responsible for designing and delivering automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and other low-code/no-code platforms to assist business stakeholders in their daily operational tasks. This role focuses on pragmatic, value-driven automation combining enterprise-grade RPA with lightweight, citizen-friendly automation tools where appropriate. The RPA Developer acts as both a hands-on developer and a trusted technical advisor to the business.

Responsibilities:

Develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
Collaborate with team members for business requirements and development.
Create and maintain process documentation, technical specifications.
Perform unit tests and resolve defects during development and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in automation development.

Must have Technical Requirements / Qualifications

Primary Skills:

Platform: UiPath, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
Rest API
Security: Authentication, Authorization, common security standards
Tools: Microsoft 365, GIT, JIRA/Confluence
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Good English communication
Proficient in UiPath, Power Platform, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Familiarity with other languages for backend is a plus: VB.Net, C#
Familiarity with VBA is a plus
Experience working in an agile team
Good communication skills, interpersonal and teamworking skills
Pro-active and flexible working approach
Team-player with experience working with international and multi-functional teams
Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends
