We are design‑driven, product‑focused, and obsessed with creating intuitive AI‑powered experiences that feel effortless and accessible. As we expand, we're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the next generation of our SaaS interfaces.
Job Description
- Lead design for entire product modules, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Solve complex SaaS UX challenges, dashboards, workflows, settings, multi‑step processes, analytics, and more.
- Drive user research through interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Build and expand our design system for consistency across product lines.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver pixel‑perfect experiences.
- Improve UX through continuous iterations based on user feedback and usage metrics.
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to long‑term product strategy.
- Mentor junior designers or contractors as the team grows.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern SaaS interfaces, dashboards, responsive web design, and complex product workflows.
- Expertise in Figma (auto‑layout, components, libraries).
- Deep knowledge of design systems, interaction patterns, and UX principles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS user behaviour, enterprise workflows, and user lifecycle.
- Experience working end‑to‑end: research → concept → UI → iteration → dev hand-off.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced startup, handle ambiguity, and work asynchronously.
- Excellent English communication skills-written and verbal.
- Must be based in Vietnam and able to work flexible hours with U.S. teams.
