Job Description

Develop and execute product marketing plans for global mobile game markets across all stages of the game lifecycle.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (Installs, CPI, CTR, IR, ARPU, ROI/ROAS) and conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance, ASO, and scale the user base.
Analyze user demand, market trends, and industry insights to produce engaging, high-converting marketing content.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand the product and propose innovative ideas aligned with current trends and player preferences.

Job Requirements

At least 2 months of hands-on experience running ads on at least one major platform: Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Mintegral, AppLovin, etc. (Mandatory).
Prior market knowledge or experience in mobile game/app UA is preferred.
Basic understanding of ad performance metrics (Installs, CPI, CTR, IR, ARPU, ROI/ROAS) and A/B testing is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and apply new industry knowledge.
Solid data analysis and evaluation skills.
High creativity, proactiveness, and self-drive.
Dynamic mindset with the ability to perform well under high pressure.

Benefit

Salary: $200 – $320 / month (VND 5M – 8M, negotiable based on capacity and experience).
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Probation Period: 2 months with 100% official salary; full Social and Health Insurance contributions as per labor regulations.
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses, year-end bonus, holiday rewards, and uncapped annual business profit sharing.
Salary Review: Twice a year.
