Treasury Specialist

Daily bank reconciliations are performed and completed, highlighting and escalating any discrepancies (this includes daily reconciliation of receivable factoring accounts also).

Timely cash allocations through Suite AR module. (overall ownership of Suite AR module, ensuring any allocations >2 days is escalated to relevant parties).

Payment processing through Suite ERP through to Bottomline/relevant banking platforms. (overall ownership of AP module, ensuring follow-up and updates relating to non-approved items).

Oversight of bank details callback process.

Ownership of all Direct-Debit relationships and necessary documentation support evidenced.

Bank account on-boarding and setup ownership. Ensuring necessary details are populated in Suite ERP.

Advise on payment frameworks and cash pooling arrangements.

Corporate guarantees and nontrade funding facilities oversight.

• Treasury Operations & Controls
  
  

Where applicable, implementing new/robust processes to ensure efficient and controlled workflows.

Maintain strong internal controls, compliance, and fraud prevention measures, ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

Testing and documentation for TMS implementation and process optimisation.

Experience: 5+ years in treasury or finance roles

Skills:

Business level fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally
