TRAINING SPECIALIST RETAIL OPERATIONS

This role is ideal for someone passionate about Learning & Development, frontline employee training, and improving operational performance through effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver training programs for store employees.
• Develop and update training materials, including e-learning content and training videos.
• Manage learning activities on the LMS platform and coordinate internal learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Explore new learning technologies and AI tools to enhance training quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or employee training.
• Experience in retail, chain stores, or frontline workforce training is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and AI applications is a plus.
